Our attorneys have frequently appeared in debtor cases involving multi-state cooperatives, supermarket chains, department stores, manufacturing entities and real estate investment groups. We have also represented creditors in virtually every major case filed in the Northern and Western Districts of New York. The group’s attorneys also routinely represent developers, equipment lessors, and secured lenders in bankruptcy courts throughout the United States.
