
The attorneys in the Labor Relations and Employment Law practice group focus on the representation of management in all aspects of labor relations. Our attorneys also represent both individuals and entities in various areas of employment law, including ERISA, COBRA, ADA and FMLA, among others. We also successfully advise clients in the drafting of employment policies and handbooks, employment contracts, and non-competition agreements. Our attorneys review existing employment manuals, policies and management practices to determine compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory provisions. Should litigation become necessary, the attorneys, in conjunction with our Litigation practice group, appear in state and federal courts, before the National Labor Relations Board and OSHA and in both the New York State and the United States Departments of Labor.
