The firm’s founder, A. Solomon Menter, established the firm’s Creditors’ Rights practice group over 60 years ago. We represent businesses and lenders, both private and governmental, in financial restructuring transactions of varying size and complexity. While we pride ourselves on our legal skills in this area, we make it a point to understand our clients’ operations so we may advise them not only on legal remedies, but on practical business solutions as well. We also know the enforcement of our clients’ rights often involves the examination of a multitude of topics, ranging from bankruptcy concerns, litigation planning, document review, lien and security interest priority issues and liability considerations. Our interdisciplinary approach allows this group to utilize the additional services of the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy, Banking Law and Litigation practice groups, among others, in order to achieve our clients’ business objectives.
