The Construction Law practice group represents contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in both private and public construction matters. Our attorneys are experienced in reviewing public bid specifications prior to bid or in conjunction with the award of such contracts. We are also frequently involved in claims involving public owners. In private construction matters, we represent owners, contractors, subcontractors or suppliers in both contract negotiations and disputes. We are also called upon to address right-to-build issues on behalf of owners or design professionals. When litigation becomes necessary, as often is the case, we work closely with the attorneys in the Litigation practice group. We are also experienced in mediating and arbitrating construction disputes.
