Vic J. Kopnitsky, Jr. spoke at an SES Seminar regarding Fundamentals of Employment Law in New York which will took place recently in Syracuse, New York. The presentation included topics such as hiring and firing in the current economy, immigration issues, FLSA, ADA and FMLA compliance issues.
Mr. Kopnitsky, a member of the firm’s Labor Relations and Employment Law practice group, represents design firms, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors and suppliers in employment matters, OSHA proceedings, labor relations and all aspects of public and private construction. He also acts on behalf of banks, manufacturers and trucking firms in labor and employment matters. Mr. Kopnitsky represents contractor associations regarding labor relations and the bidding of public contracts.
