Josephine Yang-Patyi and Anthony A. Marrone II will be speaking at a seminar presented for the New York Association of Long Term Care Administrators in March, 2012. The full day seminar will provide in-depth discussions of recovery methods and introduce new topics such as patient discharge, service of process and legal ethics as well as new Medicaid regulations and the impact on recovery and best practices.
Ms. Yang-Patyi is a member of the firm's Litigation and Business Restructuring and Bankrutpcy practice groups. She regularly handles litigation in cases involving creditors' rights, fraudulent conveyance, estate administration, contract disputes and employment discrimination. She has successfully conducted non-jury trials in state courts, bankruptcy courts and in hearings before administrative agencies.
Mr. Marrone is a member of the firm's Estate & Trust Planning practice group and focuses his practice on estate planning, planning for the elderly and disabled, estate and trust administration and litigation, family business and succession planning, corporate formation, commercial real estate and economic development. He also represents various continuing care providers for the aging throughout Upstate New York, and governmental agencies on Medicaid and asset recovery matters.
