Marcy Robinson Dembs was a presenter at a New York State Bar Association Seminar entitled “Beyond Medicaid: Alternative Methods for Financing Long Term Care” which took place in Syracuse on May 21, 2008. Ms. Dembs spoke on the topic of long term care insurance, including home health care coverage, assisted living, family policies as well as tax treatment on said policies and use of life insurance.
Ms. Dembs manages the firm’s Estate and Trust Planning practice group. She maintains offices in the firm’s Syracuse and Watertown locations. She has been a frequent lecturer for the New York State Bar Association as well as for local civic groups and insurance professional organizations. Ms. Dembs also appears regularly on WWNY-TV, the Watertown, NY CBS affiliate.
