Antonio E. Caruso was a presenter at a seminar entitled Hot Topics in Real Property Law and Practice sponsored by the New York State Bar Association which was held in Syracuse in December, 2010. The purpose of the seminar was to update attorneys and financial institutions on important new developments in real property law. Mr. Caruso spoke on the new foreclosure statutes and the effects of same on the foreclosing lender as well as the borrower.
Mr. Caruso is a member of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He handles commercial real estate property concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, closings, leases and title insurance. In the area of real estate property development, Mr. Caruso’s practice includes zoning and subdivision matters, mortgage foreclosures and workouts. He also assists clients with the creation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities.
