Antonio E. Caruso was a speaker at a presentation given to the CNY Bankruptcy Bar Association on Mortgage Foreclosures
Antonio E. Caruso recently spoke at a seminar entitled Update on New York State Mortgage Foreclosure Law given to the CNY Bankruptcy Bar Association. The presentation focused on the new New York State foreclosure requirements enacted in December, 2009.
Mr. Caruso is a member of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He handles commercial real estate property concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, closings, leases and title insurance. In the area of real estate property development, Mr. Caruso’s practice includes zoning and subdivision matters, mortgage foreclosures and workouts. He also assists clients with the creation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities.
