Antonio E. Caruso to speak at a Real Estate Seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute
Antonio E. Caruso will be a presenter at a seminar entitled Real Estate Transactions Made Painless and Efficient sponsored by the National Business Institute in Syracuse on January 8, 2009. The purpose of the seminar is to discuss the fundamental considerations in a real estate transaction. Mr. Caruso will speak on the ethical considerations involved with respect to real estate transactions.
Mr. Caruso is a member of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He handles commercial real estate property concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, closings, leases and title insurance. In the area of real estate property development, Mr. Caruso’s practice includes zoning and subdivision matters, mortgage foreclosures and workouts. He also assists clients with the creation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities.
