United Computer Capital Corporation, et al v. Richard W. Daidone and St. Andrews Associates, et al.
A Central New York employer brought a case in federal court against two former high ranking executives and other defendants. The employer asserted multiple claims, including violations of the Racketeering Influence & Corrupt Organizations Act, breach fiduciary duty, breach of duty of loyalty, unfair competition and other related claims. Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. successfully represented one of the high ranking executives. In the end, Plaintiff stipulated to dismiss the case against our client, who provided absolutely no settlement funds or other compensation for dismissal of the claims against him.
