Hoppe v. Yawga Energy Products et al.

In these two unrelated but similar cases, Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. represented Yawga Energy Products, LLC f/k/a Agway Energy Products, LLC (Agway). The plaintiff in both cases asserted that Agway was responsible for petroleum spills at their homes. After the cases languished for years, Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. took over the case from Agway's former attorneys and quickly obtained dismissals of both actions. Yawga Energy Products, LLC was represented by Julian B. Modesti.
