County of Orange v. Village of Kiryas Joel
On behalf of the County, Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. successfully challenged a Village’s SEQRA approval authorizing the Village to construct a pipeline, water tap and connection to the New York City Aqueduct. That Decision was recently affirmed on appeal by the Appellate Decision Second Department 2007 NY Slip Op 07699. Thomas J. Fucillo, Mitchell J. Katz and Julian B. Modesti represented the County.
