Mitchell J. Katz completes service on the New York State Bar Association's Task Force on the State of Our Courthouses
Mitchell J. Katz recently completed service on the New York State Bar Association's Task Force on the State of Our Courthouses, which just delivered its report to the NYSBA House of Delegates. The report was the culmination of nearly one year of effort which included the design and delivery of a survey to the bar, judges and their staffs, and visits to a representative sampling of courthouses throughout the state.
