Firm elects Jeffrey A. Dove as President & CEO and F. Paul Vellano, Jr. as Executive Vice President and COO
Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey A. Dove has been elected President and CEO of the firm and F. Paul Vellano, Jr. has been elected Executive Vice President and COO of the firm. Peter L. Hubbard, who had been Managing Shareholder of the firm for the past 12 years, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Dove has been with the firm since 1984 and is the head of the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice group, has represented debtors in all phases of Chapter 11 cases, including contested litigation matters, as well as borrowers in out-of-court workouts. He has also served as counsel to senior secured lenders in out-of-court restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Dove acted as co-counsel in Agway Inc.’s Chapter 11 case and currently represents the Agway Liquidating Trust.
Mr. Vellano has been with the firm since 1992 and manages the Banking Law and Commercial Transactions practice groups. Mr. Vellano’s banking practice includes commercial loan closings, loan documentation and restructuring, property purchase and sale, bank branch information and general regulatory and compliance issues.
