Josephine Yang Patyi elected to Board of Trustees of the Erie Canal Museum

In February 2007, Josephine Yang Patyi was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Erie Canal Museum.  The Erie Canal Museum is a not-for-profit, educational corporation dedicated to the collection, preservation, research, exhibition and interpretation of Erie Canal-related artifacts and archival material.  The Museum's purpose is to develop public appreciation of the role of the Erie Canal in American and world history, social science, art and technology. 

 

Ms. Yang-Patyi is a member of both the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy as well as Litigation practice groups. She is experienced in handling bankruptcy appeals on the district court level and defending avoidance actions in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Yang-Patyi served as a law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York.
