Ms. Bennett is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group.  Ms. Bennett focuses primarily on commercial litigation, including contract disputes, employment disputes concerning non-competition agreements, commercial loan disputes, judgment enforcement and commercial foreclosure matters. 

Ms. Bennett is the Secretary of the Committee on the Commercial Division, of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association.  While in law school, Ms. Bennett served as Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and as a member of the Syracuse Science and Technology Law Reporter.
