He has extensive experience in the areas of business law in addition to commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Sidd is examining counsel for Monroe Title Insurance Corporation, First American Title Insurance Corporation of New York and Ticor Title Insurance Company. He has represented individual and corporate clients in a variety of business related transactions.
