Mr. Russell is a member of the firm’s Municipal Law, Estate and Trust Planning, Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. In addition to representing several municipalities in Jefferson County, he serves as general counsel to numerous small businesses and regularly represents financial institutions in residential and commercial closings in Northern New York State. Mr. Russell served for four years as a Captain in the office of the United States Army Judge Advocate General.
