Mr. Needham is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group and focuses his practice on commercial, real property and construction litigation. His experience includes cases involving commercial contract disputes, business torts, restrictive covenants, land rights, private and public construction disputes, public bidding issues and mechanic's lien rights.  He also regularly represents landlords and developers in commercial lease disputes and eviction proceedings. 

Mr. Needham is a member of the Board of Directors of the Onondaga County Bar Association Assigned Counsel Program, Inc. and the Cornell Alumni Association of Central New York.
