Mr. Balestra is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, Labor and Employment Law, Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups.

Mr. Balestra has experience representing clients throughout New York State in contract disputes, construction claims, and other commercial matters.  He has also defended employers in a variety of employment discrimination and unemployment insurance claims before the New York State Division of Human Rights, Workers' Compensation Board, Department of Labor, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
