Mr. Kopnitsky is a member of the firm’s Construction Law, Labor and Employment Law and Municipal Law practice groups. He represents design firms, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors and suppliers in employment matters, OSHA proceedings, labor relations and all aspects of public and private construction. He also acts on behalf of banks, manufacturers and trucking firms in labor and employment matters. Mr. Kopnitsky represents contractor associations regarding labor relations and the bidding of public contracts. Additionally, he practices municipal law, including right-to-build aspects of project development.

A frequent speaker at seminars for construction industry personnel, Mr. Kopnitsky has spoken on such topics as construction claims, design build contracts, mechanic’s lien, construction trust funds and bond claims. Mr. Kopnitsky is also a frequent lecturer at continuing education presentations for attorneys and real estate professionals.
