In September of 2007, Mr . Hubbard assumed the position of Chairman of the firm's Board of Directors after serving as its President and Managing Shareholder for the prior twelve years.  He is also the chairman of the firm’s Creditors’ Rights practice group, with more than 35 years of experience representing financial institutions, secured creditors and creditors’ committees. During the last ten years, Mr. Hubbard acted as lead counsel in the resolution of approximately 1,700 problem loans, aggregating in excess of $400,000,000 generated by three regional lending institutions. Previously, Mr. Hubbard served as counsel of the United States Small Business Administration.
