Mr. Hubbard currently acts as of counsel to the firm, after having served as its President and Managing Shareholder for twelve years.  Mr. Hubbard has lectured nationally and within New York State on the subjects of bankruptcy and the handling of problem loans.  Over the last twenty-five years, Mr. Hubbard has represented numerous lenders in the resolution of large dollar, complex business loans throughout New York State.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as counsel of the United States Small Business Administration.
