Mr. Dove was elected President and CEO of the firm in September, 2007.  He is also the chair of the Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy practice group. He has represented debtors in all phases of Chapter 11 cases, including contested litigation matters, as well as borrowers in out-of-court workouts. He has also served as counsel to senior secured lenders in out-of-court restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Dove acted as co-counsel in Agway’s Chapter 11 case and currently represents Agway Liquidating Trust.

Mr. Dove has earned an AV rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating system, the highest ranking an attorney can receive from his peers. He has also been named to the Best Lawyers in America. On matters of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, Mr. Dove serves as a regular lecturer for the New York State Bar Association.
