Mr. Caruso is a member of the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. He handles commercial real estate property concerns, including purchase and sale agreements, closings, leases and title insurance. In the area of real estate property development, Mr. Caruso’s practice includes zoning and subdivision matters, mortgage foreclosures and workouts. He also assists clients with the creation of corporations, limited liability companies and other business entities. As a panel member in various professional seminars, Mr. Caruso has shared his extensive knowledge of commercial closings and foreclosures.
