Mr. Bennett is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group.  He handles a wide array of cases in both State and Federal Courts and provides litigation support across all of the firm's practice areas.  He also heads the firm's Personal Injury practice group and devotes the majority of his time representing injured individuals and their families in matters of serious personal injury.  Mr. Bennett is an experienced trial attorney and has obtained numerous successful verdicts on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
