Mr. Bennett is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group and is the lead attorney for the firm's Personal Injury practice.  He is an experienced trial attorney and devotes a majority of his time to matters involving wrongful death and serious personal injury resulting from automobile accidents, product liability, medical malpractice and construction accidents.  He also works with members of other practice groups using his trial experience to represent businesses involved in litigation concerning commercial contracts, insurance, employment and construction disputes.  He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, has obtained favorable results on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in both state and federal courts, and has advocated for clients before mediators and arbitrators. 

Mr. Bennett serves on the Board of Directors of Todd's Fund, a charitable organization dedicated to providing support and financial asistance to children in the Central New York area.  He also coaches several youth sport teams and sits on the Board of Directors of the Skaneateles Football Club.
